THANK QUE GRILL
Chef Rene gives fellow Filipino people a tasty reminder of home and introduces the delicious flavors of the Philippines to the wider community. Thank Que Grill also provides the best way to show your gratitude to an individual or a group of people that all of their hard work, dedication & support are really appreciated by “Saying thank you with Thank Que Grill!"
The lack of access to healthy food in her own East Oakland neighborhood, Bria became inspired to create a business that nourishes and feeds communities with fresh fruits and vegetables. She witnessed the impact food desserts can have on people, motivating her to not only prepare plant based meals and drinks, but to teach her customers how these diets can positively affect their bodies and our planet. From sweet fruity juices to savory vegan salads, Hella Ju'C has something for everyone!
Owner Diana wants to bring many of the tasty Mexican street snacks that are absent in the Bay Area to the Ashland Market & Cafe. From fruit cups with yogurt or cream and spices, fancy shaved ice drinks, chips with unique toppings, to marquesitas (unique to the Yucatan Peninsula) that are hard to find outside of Mexico.
